Dr. Edward B. Crohn, 95, internist, active volunteer

Dr. Edward B. “Woodie” Crohn of Snyder, a longtime practitioner in pulmonary and internal medicine and the son of the doctor famous for identifying Crohn’s disease, died Wednesday at Weinberg Campus, Getzville. He was 95.

He was the son of the late Dr. Burrill B. Crohn, world famous for his work in identifying Crohn’s disease.
